It all depends on how impatient Thierry Henry is to taste European success. He has two choices:

1. Stick with a maturing but highly exciting Arsenal team, with himself as the pivotal player and captain. or

2. Decamp to the champions of Spain where everybody is a star, and he is just one of Barca's galacticos (the term should no longer apply to Real Madrid alone).

Money isn't everything to classy Henry. So his reasons to stay or go would not be all that important, although Arsenal needs to reward him well. There also isn't a guarantee that Barca WILL win the Champion's League (recent records show that the underdogs go further).

My gut feeling is he will stay and face the challenges that a new Arsenal has to offer (new rising stars as teammates and a new stadium), and to win honours "the hard way", rather than to take the "easy way" out by heading to Barca.

For a legend who has accomplished nearly everything, its not his style to relax and take it easy. Success is sweeter when you've worked harder for it.
