You're right to be sceptical Wez, but there's no reason why there has to be a contractual link between the transfers and the any take over bid is there?

I do see the world through claret and blue goggles, and I've got my fingers crossed that Joorabchian is a West Ham fan with business nouse and large amounts of money to invest.

Even if the players are being 'parked' as some suggest, awaiting a move to a bigger club, at least they're being parked in my club and not one of our rivals. Can't wait to see them in claret and blue.

Well done to the West Ham board and managment. I can still scarcely believe it!

I'm pretty sure Kia Joorabchian has said he's an Arsenal fan.

Undoubtedly this is linked to the transfers, but it'll be another entity or consortium and not MSI.

Good quote from Joorabchian yesterday from BBC Sport:

But MSI investor Kia Joorabchian told BBC Radio Five Live on Thursday: "MSI is a company that will not invest in European football as such by investing in a club, so that speculation is out for sure."

Does this muddy the waters further?
